E aushadhi softaware stores the Batch no., manufacturing date, expiry date and quantity for each inventry. In the software we can track the quantity and expiry of every batch of inventry. To prevent an inventry from get expired, the common practice is to check the list of medicines getting expired in the next two or three months. Procedure to get the list of near expiry drugs in e aushadhi software is given below.

Process to get List of Near Expiry Items / Medicines in Eaushadhi

On logging in to the store ID in e-aushadhi, an arrow symbol present on the top left of deshboard, on clicking which a menu opens. On clicking on Drugwarehouse under Reports in that menu, the menu given below opens.

Clicking on Expiry Details in this menu will open the Expiry Details functionality window as shown in the figure given below.

In this window first we select any one from Expired or Near Expiry radio button. If you want to get list of expired inventry in the current financial year, you should select Expired radio button and if you want to get list of Near expiry inventry, select the Near Expiry radio button.

Then in the “Drug Warehouse/Sub-Store Name” section select the name of your store and in “Category” section select the category of inventry.

Select any one from radio buttons from Days and Date in the “Near Expiry In” section. then fill the respected value of expiry in days or select date of expiry.

Then select the REPORT FORMAT in which you want to download the report, and click on Generate button at bottom of the window. It will generate the list of drugs / inventry getting expired in the select time period.
