This digital solution underpins the logistical framework of drug repositories stablished under Mukhyamantri Nishulk Dawa Yojna (MNDY) across Rajasthan.
In eAushadhi software, items are issued in both online and offline stores. In online stores, the stock record is managed online and in offline stores, the inventory record is managed offline. Procedure to get the list of issued inventry / drugs in e aushadhi software is given below.
Process to get the list of issued inventry / medicines in Eaushadhi
On logging in to the store ID in e-aushadhi, an arrow symbol present on the top left of deshboard, on clicking which a menu opens. On clicking on Drugwarehouse under Reports in that menu, the menu given below opens.
Clicking on Issue Register in this menu will open the Issue Register functionality window as shown in the figure given below.
In this window first we select the Report Type either Issue from drug warehouse or issue from substore.
In the Parent(Issuing) Store select the Store which issue the inventry.
In the Child(Receiving) Store Type select the type / category of store which received the inventry, and In Child(Receiving) Store select the name of store which received the inventry.
In the Drug Name section select the name of drug whose issue report you want to generate and in the Batch No. section select the batch no. of respective drug /inventry.
Then select the date range in “Issue From Date” and “Issue To Date” sections.
At last select the formate of report in the Export Type section and click on “Generate & Print” button located at the bottom of window. It will generate the report of issued inventry with the selected criteria.
