The Rajasthan Directorate of Medical, Health, and Family Welfare has published two orders (No. RAJHEALTH/2025/92 and RAJHEALTH/2025/91 dated 14.05.2025) on RajHealth Portal for the appointment of pharmacists in Non-Scheduled and Scheduled Areas under the Rajasthan Medical & Health Subordinate Services Rules, 1965.

- Probation & Salary:
- Selected candidates will undergo a 2-year probation with a fixed monthly remuneration of ₹23,700.
- After satisfactory probation, they will transition to the regular L-10 pay scale with minimum wages and allowances.
- Joining Deadline:
- Candidates must submit an online and written joining report to designated authorities by 26.05.2025. Failure to comply will cancel their appointment.
- Reservation & Eligibility:
- Caste Certificates must be issued in the father’s name by Rajasthan authorities. OBC/MBC certificates older than 1 year require a non-creamy layer affidavit.
- EWS category women must submit valid income certificates.
- Two-child policy: Candidates with more than two children born after 01.06.2002 are ineligible.
- Special Clauses:
- Court Cases: Appointments are subject to ongoing cases in the Rajasthan High Court (e.g., Bhanwar Bagdiya v. State), which may alter seniority or eligibility.
- Scheduled Areas: Candidates must submit residency proof (father’s name) for scheduled areas. Spouses of residents are eligible but cannot claim caste-based quotas.
- Documentation:
- Original certificates (health, police verification, educational, caste) must be submitted during joining.
- Marriage Registration: Mandatory for married candidates; unregistered marriages disqualify eligibility.
- Anti-Discrimination:
- Candidates must submit affidavits against dowry acceptance, smoking, and substance abuse.
