The Rajasthan Directorate of Medical and Health Services has issued an official directive regarding the annual uniform allowance and monthly washing allowance for ECG Technicians, Dental Technicians, and Ophthalmic Assistants across the state.
As per the order (Reference No. E-33/E-Fin No. 20809/Uniform/2025/114), issued by the Directorate of Medical and Health Services, the approved allowance is as follows:
- Annual Uniform Allowance: ₹2,750/-
- Monthly Washing Allowance: ₹180/-
This approval follows the financial sanction granted by the Finance (Rules) Department under ID No. 212500070 dated February 12, 2025. The order aligns with the communication from the Joint Secretary, Medical and Health (Group-3) Department, Government of Rajasthan, vide letter No. E-File-20809/CHISWA/Group-3/2023 dated February 28, 2025.
The directive instructs all concerned authorities to ensure the timely disbursement of the approved allowances to eligible personnel. This initiative is expected to provide financial support to healthcare professionals in these categories and enhance their working conditions.
