- Reporting and Joining:
- All candidates must report their joining status on the RajHealth Portal both online and in written form to the designated control officer before the specified deadline. Failure to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of the appointment.
- Document Verification:
- Before joining, candidates must present all original documents, including their birth certificate, educational qualifications, technical qualifications, caste certificates, and other relevant documents.
- Health and police verification certificates must be obtained from authorized officials.
- Candidates’ birth dates will be verified against their secondary education certificates.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates with more than two children born on or after June 1, 2002, are not eligible for the appointment unless they have an exemption as per the notification dated March 16, 2023.
- All selected candidates must submit an affidavit declaring that they do not engage in smoking, intoxication, or accept dowry.
- Special Conditions:
- Candidates appointed based on spouse government service need to provide a certificate proving their spouse’s employment in the same district.
- For candidates under reserved categories, the caste certificate must be issued by a competent authority in Rajasthan in the father’s name.
- Registration Requirement:
- All candidates must hold a valid Rajasthan Nursing Council registration at the time of joining.
- Other Important Instructions:
- Marriage Registration: As per the circular dated May 22, 2006, marriage registration is mandatory for married candidates.
- Widows and Divorcees: Specific guidelines and required documents for widows and divorcees are outlined.
- Disability Candidates: Those selected under the PH (Physically Handicapped) category must provide medical board verification.
- Penalties and Consequences:
- If any documents are found fake or altered, the appointment will be immediately canceled, and legal action will be initiated.
- The original certificates will be returned only after proper verification. Any discrepancies found will lead to immediate cancellation.
- Final Verification:
- The joining process is considered complete only when the Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) verifies and updates the joining status on the RajHealth Portal.
