This privacy policy explains what data the mobile game Merge Puzzle (“the App”) collects, how it is used, and your choices. The App is built with Flutter and integrates third-party SDKs listed below.
1. Data we store on your device
- Game progress: levels, stars, coins, boosters, settings and play statistics.
- This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.
- No account is required and no personal information (name, email, contacts) is collected.
2. Third-party SDKs
Google AdMob (advertising)
- Displays banner, interstitial and rewarded ads.
- May collect advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads.

- You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Android: Ads; iOS: Privacy → Tracking).
Firebase (Google)
- Crashlytics — collects crash and diagnostic reports (stack traces, device model, OS version) to detect and fix stability problems. No personal data.
- Analytics — collects aggregated, pseudonymous usage events (e.g. level started/finished) to understand gameplay balance and improve the game.
- Remote Config — fetches non-personal game settings (ad frequency, prices). No personal data.
- Cloud Messaging — used only for the opt-in daily reminder notifications; collects a device registration token for delivery. You can opt out any time in system settings or by disabling notifications in the app.

3. Children
The App is suitable for a general audience. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
4. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
- You can reset all local game data at any time from Settings → Reset progress.
- You can uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data.

5. Changes
This policy may be updated when the App’s integrations change. Material changes will be announced in the App or on the store listing.
