Privacy Policy – Nonogram

App: Nonogram Puzzle
Developer/Operator: Rajmedical — admin@rajmedical.co.in
Effective date: 21-09-2026 · Version: 1.0

This Privacy Policy describes how the Nonogram Puzzle mobile application (the “App”) handles information. The App is designed to work fully offline: your game data never leaves your device, there are no user accounts, and we operate no game servers. By using the App you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information stored only on your device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only. It is never transmitted to us or to any server we operate:

  • Puzzle progress, completion records, best times, star ratings and mistake counts
  • In-progress (unfinished) puzzle snapshots, saved so you can resume
  • Virtual currency balances (coins, hint tokens), owned skins and selected skin
  • Achievements, daily-quest and daily-challenge/streak data
  • Premium chapter unlocks (purchased with coins or earned via rewarded ads)
  • Player-created custom levels
  • Settings and preferences (sound, music, haptics, accessibility options)
  • Aggregate gameplay statistics (e.g. puzzles solved) used by the App’s own screens

1.2 Information we do NOT collect

  • We do not require or offer user accounts; we ask for no name, email, phone number or address.
  • We do not collect precise location data.
  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children (see Section 6).
  • We do not sell personal information (see Section 7).

2. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party SDKs, which may process limited data under their own privacy policies when you use the relevant feature:

2.1 Advertising — Google AdMob (Google LLC)

The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. When ads are shown, Google may collect and process data such as your device identifier (e.g. Advertising ID), IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and device/app usage information, to serve and measure ads and to protect against fraud. This happens only when ads are displayed and is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy और Google’s ad settings.

  • If you purchase “Remove Ads / Pro”, the App stops requesting and displaying all ads.
  • Where required by law (e.g. EEA/UK), ads are served only after you make a choice via Google’s consent form, shown on first launch; personalized and non-personalized ads are offered as options, and your choice is stored by Google’s User Messaging Platform and forwarded to the ad SDK.
  • You can review or change this choice at any time in the App via Settings → Privacy (GDPR) → Privacy options (consent is freely withdrawable — GDPR Art. 7(3)).
  • You may additionally reset or opt out of personalized advertising via your device’s Settings → Privacy → Ads (Android: “Delete advertising ID” / “Opt out of Ads Personalization”) or the Google Ads Settings page above.
  • Deleting your data (Section 7) also erases your stored consent decision; you will be asked again on next launch.

2.2 In-App Purchases — Google Play Billing / Apple StoreKit

Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never receive your payment details (card numbers, bank details). Purchase entitlements are stored by the store platform and, locally, a flag in the App’s on-device storage.

3. Legal Bases (GDPR — EEA/UK users)

Where the GDPR applies, processing rests on:

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — personalized advertising via your device ad settings (withdrawable at any time there).
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — context-compatible advertising, fraud prevention, and maintaining core App functionality.
  • Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — storing your game progress locally so the App works as you expect.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent personal information, because we do not collect it on any server. The only data flows are the third-party SDKs described in Section 2, each governed by its provider’s policy.

5. Data Retention & Security

All game data is stored on your device using the platform’s standard private app storage. It is retained until you (a) use the in-app deletion feature, (b) uninstall the App, or (c) clear the App’s data in system settings. We have no copies on any server; once deleted locally, the data is unrecoverable.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App contains no chat, user profiles, or user-generated content sharing. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will address it.

7. Your Rights & How to Exercise Them In-App

Because all data is local, you can exercise most rights directly in the App, with immediate effect and no request form:

  • Access & Portability (GDPR Art. 15/20, CCPA “know”): Settings → Privacy (GDPR) → Export All Data (GDPR) produces a complete, human-readable copy of everything stored about you.
  • Erasure / Deletion (GDPR Art. 17, CCPA “delete”): Settings → Privacy (GDPR) → Delete All Data (GDPR) permanently erases all stored data immediately. There is no server copy to remove.
  • Objection / Opt-out of ad personalization (CCPA opt-out, GDPR Art. 21): use your device or Google ad settings (Section 2.1).
  • Non-discrimination (CCPA): exercising your rights never affects the App’s functionality.

For anything else, contact admin@rajmedical.co.in. EEA/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect App or legal changes. The “Effective date” above shows the current version. Material changes will be highlighted in the App’s release notes.
