By downloading, installing, or using the Word Chain mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Word Chain is a single-player word puzzle game. The App provides word chain puzzles (also known as word ladders), a daily challenge, level progression, a hint system, and optional in-app purchases. The App operates entirely on your device with no requirement for account creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The App is available to users of all ages. There is no age restriction for using the App. The App does not require or collect personal information from any user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The App offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play Billing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s own terms of service. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. We do not process or store any payment information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Refund Policy:<\/strong> All in-app purchases are final. Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s refund policy. You may request a refund through Google Play within 48 hours of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Coins and other virtual goods within the App have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services. Virtual goods are stored locally on your device and will be lost if you clear the App’s data or uninstall the App. The “Remove Ads” purchase status is linked to your Google Play account and can be restored via the “Restore Purchases” feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The App displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob. Advertisements are clearly labeled and include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n We do not control the content of third-party advertisements. Ad content is served by Google’s ad network and is subject to Google’s advertising policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You agree not to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The App, including its design, code, graphics, sound effects, and content, is the intellectual property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which, for the free version, is zero).<\/p>\n\n\n\n We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
